All product sales, pricing, services, and customer interactions are handled directly by the Dealer.
2. Dealer Eligibility Our services are available only to authorized water treatment dealers, owners, and managers who are legally permitted to contract for marketing services in their operating jurisdiction.
3. Dealer Obligations Dealers agree to:
   
   1. Use leads only for their own direct sales efforts.
   2. Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws (including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and data privacy laws) when contacting leads.
   3. Not resell or share leads with third parties.
4. Lead Delivery and Contact Authorization Leads are delivered “as submitted” by the consumer with basic validation for completeness and contact accuracy. TapTestLeads.com does not guarantee consumer responsiveness, purchase intent, or conversion rates. Dealers are solely responsible for follow-up communications and sales.
5. No Guarantees TapTestLeads.com does not guarantee specific lead volume, sales outcomes, revenue increases, or return on investment.
6. Intellectual Property All content on TapTestLeads.com, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, TapTestLeads.com and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or services. Liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid by the Dealer for the specific leads or services in question.
8. Indemnification Dealers agree to indemnify and hold harmless TapTestLeads.com, its affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the Dealer’s use of leads or violation of these Terms.
9. Modifications to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
